 Swedish Vallhund – 25 point Challenge / Best of Breed AchieversThe Australian challenge points system allows for dog to gain a maximum total of 25 challenge points at each championship show. This can be obtained at Breed Level or Group level. To gain a 25 point Challenge BOB the dog must beat at least 19 other dogs. There is 5 points allocated for the Challenge and then 1 point to a maximum total of 25 points for every dog beaten including the challenge winner. The following dogs have successful gained 25 point challenges.
The first dog to achieve this was Ch Bronwylfa Desirea owned by Ian and Vickie Millar in Queensland, when she won Best in Group at an all breeds show in 1996 under a Mr D Nairn (Qld). This win was a great achievement given that the bitch had 6 month earlier been bitten by a Brown Snake and almost died. |
